Please do not request a stall site at the moment, we will be holding a meeting in January to see how many volunteers we have to run the gala. Hopefully all the volunteers that helped ensure our last gala was successful will help in 2020.


You require to have public liability insurance and risk assessments  in place for all stall sites.

A copy is required with your stall application if the above is not in place we can not offer you a stall site.

We do not provide tables or a stall.


If selling any type of food sweets you must fill in the Clackmannanshire Food hygiene questionnaire and return it to the council (not the gala) we will receive from the council details of everyone that has filled in the form before the gala. If you have not returned the form to the council we will not have your details, and you will Not be allowed to sell any food goods on the day. All these details are in the gala information sent to please check for more details.
